We are expanding our 12-member creative team with a dedicated in-house motion designer who is talented in translating concepts into engaging videos.

Altogether, you will work on mobile game and app trailers, eye-catching app preview videos and video ads for mobile ad networks like Facebook and Instagram.
YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Motion Designer you will efficiently produce video ads in 2D and sometimes 3D, as well as edit footage from live shooting. You will follow the direction set out by the idea-maker and at the same time ensure the exceptional quality of your work by bringing your own style, creative ideas and new technologies. Your aim will not only be to fulfill the brief but also to impress whoever watches the video.
Every day is different but your daily tasks are likely to include:
Working with Adobe software (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
From time to time using Unity, Unreal Engine, Cinema4D, Blender, Sketch
Doing preliminary research on apps/games/clients whose projects you are working on
Closely collaborating with the idea maker and other team members to come up with the best concepts and solutions
Producing your own internal assets (e.g. Showreels, web series)
Owning the internal projects of your choice to help you follow your passions
To succeed in this role you should:
Be able to effectively produce video ads within the pre-agreed time frame
Be able to communicate and understand brief documents in English
Have a strong eye for editing and syncing with music.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite is expected.
Knowledge of Nuke, Spine or live action postproduction skills is a plus.
Knowledge of 3D workflow ( Maya, 3Ds Max, Unreal ) is a plus.
