YOUR CORE TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

RECRUITMENT

• Owning and co-designing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to hiring.

• Actively sourcing and recruiting candidates for up to 2-3 open roles at a time, both in and out of the EU.

• Guiding hiring managers through every step of the hiring process.

PEOPLE OPERATIONS

• Executing various people operations and administrative tasks to ensure the best possible employee experience, such as preparing employment contracts or providing general clerical assistance.

• Supervising payroll and managing time-off administration.

• Executing relocation and visa processes and supporting employees with legal administration.

• Collaborate in defining and refining people-related policies and processes.

OPTIONAL TASKS BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE OR COURAGE

HR PROCESSES & ON/OFFBOARDING

• Collaborate in defining and refining people-related policies and processes.

• Co-creating, updating, and implementing effective onboarding/offboarding processes and guidelines across teams.

• Overseeing the onboarding of new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

• Overseeing and supporting the Learning & Development initiatives across all teams.

ABOUT YOU

To become an appreciated HR Manager at AppAgent, you should have the following:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for identifying and bringing on board top talent.

• Experience with hands-on recruitment and proactive sourcing for diverse roles in a growing organization.

• Some experience with developing or refining talent acquisition or other HR-related processes to drive company-wide improvement.

• A proactive and creative spirit that inspires fellow team members.

• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload.

• A strong understanding of Czech labor law and related regulations.

• Impeccable English & fluent Czech language proficiency (English is the primary language of communication with candidates).
