Our People & Operations Team keeps AppAgent running as a company. They look after everyone's journey here, from hiring and onboarding to growth and feedback, and work alongside Team Leads to find the right people and help their teams thrive. They also take care of finance, legal and planning, and the processes that keep a company of 40+ people moving.

It is a small team covering a lot of ground, from company-wide decisions to everyday details, often in the same week. One day brings a legal question or a new company policy, the next a conversation about culture and values or a better way to run a process. They are also the reason nobody's birthday or work anniversary goes by unnoticed!
