ABOUT THE ROLE
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A realistic visionary - you can present your ideas via video concepts and storyboards to evoke the best work from graphic and motion designers.
A gatekeeper with a sharp eye for design - you'd be accountable for the outstanding visual creatives delivered to our clients from the gaming industry.
A thoughtful mentor for designers, idea makers, and producers, as well as a strategic partner for our clients - top game publishers.
YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL
Brainstorming and coming up with concepts for mobile ads and app store visuals;
Managing the team of Idea Makers and Art Directors, guiding them through the concepting stage, and helping them see ways in which they can improve the originality and clarity of their messaging;
Providing insightful, clear, and timely feedback to all team members;
Challenging the status quo and searching for the most creative solutions;
Developing a set of creative guidelines, processes, and best practices.
To succeed as a Creative Director at AppAgent, you should have:
Acted as a Creative Director for some time already (even if your job title was different);
Strong communication and leadership skills proven through the management of other artists;
Expertise in concepting, designing and leading innovative digital campaigns;
Previous experience either in an agency or in a game publishing studio (experience with mobile marketing creatives is a valuable advantage!);
Your English is flawless and you are comfortable pitching your ideas to clients;
And last but not least, you're a skilled mobile player whose passion for gaming will assist you in your creative direction.
