YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Project Manager to help both run creative projects from brief to delivery as well as manage their own team of designers. You will help produce eye-catching app previews, thumb-stopping video ads and also help design assets for the App/Play stores. It is important that you are a great communicator who thrives on developing relationships with both your clients and direct reports in order to understand and therefore serve them better. The role is 80% logistical and 20% creative.

DAILY TASKS

Every day brings different challenges but we can guarantee you will never be bored with us! Your job duties will include the following:

• Managing digital projects from cost estimate creation through to quality check and final delivery
• Supporting your unit of 3-5 designers to maximize productivity and profitability
• Ensuring projects stay within timelines and approved budgets which you develop
• Scheduling and overseeing your unit’s workload and/or managing external designers
• Consistently seeking out new ways to make the production process more efficient
  
• Engaging with the creative team to understand their progress with tasks and helping solve any impediments
• Directly managing your clients: communicating with them daily or as the project requires, setting up check-in calls and feedback sessions…all to ensure a project runs smoothly
• Helping to upsell to clients based on needs and gaps that are spotted during collaboration
• Creating briefs and being involved in creative brainstorming as needed
• Clarifying and presenting client feedback to designers, then ensuring feedback is properly applied with the help of an Art Director of Creative Director
  

ABOUT YOU

If you recognise yourself in the following, you are the ideal candidate for the position of Creative Project Manager:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Czech not required)
• The ability to meet deadlines and stay on top of tasks
• Top-notch organizational skills using project management tools (we use Clickup)
• Critical thinking and confident decision-making are essential for the role
• An eye for aesthetic and a passion for visual arts
• Customer, client or stakeholder facing experience
• Detail-oriented: being able to determine if there are design flaws, misspelled words, etc. in creative outputs
• An understanding of the creative production process (video production, graphic design) and love for gaming are nice bonuses!
