ABOUT THE ROLE

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A strategist at heart, skilled in crafting comprehensive growth and market-entry strategies.
• An insightful analyst, adept at diving deep into campaign results to assess their impact.
• A seasoned manager, capable of steering the strategic direction and ensuring seamless coordination among marketing specialists and teams.
• A client’s champion, dedicated to understanding and exceeding the expectations of game developers and publishers.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

• Crafting and implementing go-to-market and growth strategies.
• Conducting audits, leveraging insights in product and marketing analytics, and overseeing advanced user acquisition campaigns.
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular feedback sessions and satisfaction reviews. Also, identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Working closely with the ASO, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Monitoring project profitability, managing project lifecycle from proposal to conclusion, and ensuring accurate tracking of time and costs.
• Leading, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members across the agency to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role:

• You have a solid understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing mobile UA projects.
• You have already managed all stages of mobile UA, including designing the strategy, executing campaigns, and evaluating their impact.
• You have hands-on experience working with ASO, LiveOps, or Monetization. 
• You are experienced in using marketing analytics platforms, including MMPs, and can translate data into actionable insights and then act upon them.
• You are data-savvy with a can-do attitude.
• You can communicate effectively in fluent English with both our clients and the team.
• You are passionate about mobile games and have a good understanding of the industry.

It will be considered a plus if:

• You are experienced in a diverse set of marketing tools, verticals, and channels. 
• You have other skills like coding or graphic design.
• You live in or around Prague and are able to join your team at the office at least 3 days per week.
