ABOUT THE ROLE

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• An organized, proactive and positive individual with a knack for strict adherence to processes and preventing bottlenecks.
• A reliable communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and ensures that every project is delivered on time, meeting the expected standards.
• A team player who can manage the day-to-day distribution of tasks within the creative team and can coordinate effectively with external partners.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

• Set up, manage, and monitor production schedules for the creative team, ensuring balanced task distribution and respecting deadlines.
• Conducting initial technical briefs revision and final QA, ensuring mistake-free delivery of assets to client platforms on time.
• Act as the communication hub, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, potential delays, and roadblocks.
• Support the team in maximizing productivity, staying within budgeted hours, and optimizing workflows.
• Manage projects in tools like ClickUp and Costlocker, generating clear reports for continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools (we use ClickUp).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Track record of assertively managing communication and work of project stakeholders.
• An impeccable attention to detail and ability to provide clear feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in video or design production processes is a plus.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, ready to take on challenges and take ownership of the processes.
