About The Role

As a People Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at AppAgent. You’ll be a strategic partner to both managers and employees, ensuring a thriving, high-performing, and people-first culture. You will take firm ownership of people-related matters, from recruitment and onboarding to team development, engagement, and beyond.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

• Running full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing talent to making offers, while keeping the process smooth and efficient.
• Helping new hires settle in and managing goodbyes gracefully, making sure onboarding and offboarding are handled with care.
• Supporting and actively training the team leads in growing their teams and driving people development.
• Facilitating communication and guiding both managers and employees as they navigate challenges.
• Creating great employee experience, through measuring team sentiment, leading initiatives that enhance engagement and performance, and curating our benefits offering.
• Building and strengthening our culture, forming strong connections, and making sure the workplace stays supportive and high-performing.

About You

This role is key to our agency's operations, and we're seeking someone who:

• Has solid HR experience in a fast-growing company, ideally a startup or scale-up.
• Knows the ins and outs of recruitment, from sourcing to making offers.
• Has a record of confidently coaching and supporting managers on hiring, feedback, and team development.
• Understands team dynamics, spotting challenges before they escalate.
• Knows their way around HR tech tools to streamline workflows.
• Recognizes and embraces the power of diversity in a team of 16 nationalities.
• Communicates confidently in Czech and English.

It would be a big plus if you: 

• Have a good grasp of Czech labor law.
• Have experience setting up HR processes like performance reviews or KPIs.
• Have worked on company transformations or scaling initiatives.
• Are data-driven and process-oriented, able to keep things efficient without losing the human touch.
