We work in English daily — no grammar tests, but you need to feel confident speaking.Czech for everyday communication
You’ll need to understand what the repairman says and what just came in the mail.
Computer literacy and common sense
You’re comfortable with standard office software and don’t panic when tech acts up.

What you need to know about the role
As our Office Manager, you will strengthen the People & Operations Team and will be reporting to our People Ops Manager Lucie.
Your general agenda will include:
50 % of classic office management, including:
- supervising building management and cleaning staff activities,
- checking supplies and refreshments,
- ordering and tracking lunches, or
- monitoring and welcoming visitors.
30 % of basic accounting, such as:
- making sure invoices are issued and paid on time,
- collaborating with external accountants.
20 % of company & HR administration, such as:
- representing the company externally,
- being the first point of contact for employees regarding admin related issues,
- administrating tools and equipment used by the company.
What you’ll get in return
30-40 hours per week with core hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and flexible (up to you) scheduling outside those hours.
