WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Creating & managing tasks in a project management tool

• Organizing files on Google Drive

• Checking assets before they go out (formats, sizes, naming)

• Keeping track of what’s done / what’s late / what’s on fire

• Helping with uploads & asset management

• Preparing simple reports and light research (what ads are working, what seems to be trending, etc.)

YOU'LL LIKE THIS IF YOU

• feel comfortable working in English,

• actually enjoy organizing things (and are good at it),

• notice small details others miss,

• are curious, reliable, and not afraid to ask,

• are okay with following directions, but tend to suggest improvements when one comes to mind.

BONUS POINTS

• You want to understand how creative production works behind the scenes. (We don’t require previous experience, but if our field genuinely interests you, you’ll probably enjoy it a lot more.)

• You’re into mobile games / ads / content.

• You know basic stuff about video formats / social media.
