Creative Art Director for Mobile Gaming Ads

If your insights already guide the visual storytelling around you, the role of Creative Art Director might be your next step! At AppAgent, you'll own the full creative journey - from shaping strategy and ideating concepts to directing the final look - delivering impactful ads for big titles like Clash of Clans, Monopoly GO, and Merge Mansion.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

  • Bridging strategic briefs with impactful visual ideas for high-performing UA and ASO assets, including videos and statics.

  • Collaborating closely with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to develop compelling creative concepts and visuals.

  • Providing creative and art direction and constructive feedback to graphic and motion designers.

  • Ensuring output quality aligns with vision and goals, guiding the team from conceptualisation through final asset delivery.

  • Collaborating with the team to solve creative challenges, share knowledge, and find more efficient ways to work.


ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience creating marketing assets for mobile games, often helping to steer the look & feel with advice and feedback to your colleagues.

  • You have advanced knowledge of 2D motion design video production.

  • You can convey ideas clearly and have some experience shaping concepts and/or storyboards.

  • You can be a thoughtful mentor for designers, creative strategists, and producers.

    It will be considered a plus if:

  • You have previous agency experience.

  • You're familiar with 3D production processes or live-action shoots.
