AppAgent is an award-winning mobile marketing agency based in Prague. We work with some of the biggest titles in gaming - Clash of Clans, Monopoly GO, Merge Mansion - and we're looking for a project-based freelance Art Director to collaborate with us on select campaigns as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Leading visual execution of high-performing UA assets across video, statics, and ASO.

• Briefing and directing Motion Designers and Designers with clear, structured feedback across fast-moving production pipelines.

• Auditing client-provided assets to ensure they meet technical specs and identify how they can be used effectively in creative development.

• Bringing AI tools naturally into your process, whether for ideation, production, or workflow.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience creating high-performing mobile marketing assets with strong visual and conceptual thinking.

• Able to manage multiple workstreams at pace while maintaining quality.

• Comfortable in client-facing situations and confident representing creative decisions.

• Familiar with AI generation tools and how they're evolving.

THE SETUP

Work is project-based, with potential for ongoing collaboration. You'll work closely with our Designers and Creative Producer — fluidly, with a high degree of autonomy.
