Marketing Operations Assistant (part-time / student role)

What you’ll be doing
Lead Generation & Outreach Support: You will help us find, organise, evaluate, and improve the way we connect with potential clients.
Marketing & Content Support: You will own the small but important marketing tasks that keep our website and social media channels running smoothly (simple Canva visuals, content updates and repurposing).
Event & Webinar Operations: Mobile Ad Eaters Retreat 2027 (our event where we bring some of the brightest minds in mobile gaming to Prague) is one of the key projects in this role. It will offer you hands-on involvement in vendor coordination, materials, logistics, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
Ad-hoc Support: There will always be things to improve, organise, and experiment with. Working with AI tools, preparing presentations, formatting reports, supporting campaigns, and exploring topics that interest you, you'll become a trusted extra pair of hands for the team.
You’ll like this if you
Have excellent written and spoken English.
(So conversations with teammates feel easy and those with clients are professional.)Have an eye for aesthetics.
(You can use Canva well enough to not need our graphic designers for every small request. )Had some previous exposure to marketing, AI tools, or process automation.
(You previously did an internship, school or hobby project, so you already have some context for what we'll be teaching you .)Are genuinely interested in marketing, mobile games, and / or how companies win new business.
(So the role makes sense for your own long-term career goals.)Are highly organised and tend to notice details others miss.
Have practical intelligence - you can figure things out, keep a cool head, and know when and whom to ask questions.
Are known as someone people can rely on - with tasks, commitments, and being honest when a mistake happens.
Can commit to roughly 15 hours per week, ideally spread across three days.
Bonus points
Previous experience with some of those is a plus, not a must:
