Are you a recruiter who wants to shape hiring strategy and own the entire recruitment process?

At AppAgent, you'll lead in-house recruitment end-to-end across creative, marketing, sales, and leadership roles, helping shape not only who joins the company, but also how hiring is done at AppAgent.

We're an award-winning strategic and creative mobile marketing agency in Prague, working with some of the biggest names in mobile gaming, including Monopoly GO and Clash of Clans. With a team of around 40 people, every hire has a visible impact on our culture, growth, and success.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

• Owning and continuously improving AppAgent's hiring strategy, recruitment process and candidate experience from sourcing through the offer stage.

• Hiring across a wide variety of roles across Europe, from creative and marketing specialists through commercial positions to senior leadership hires.

• Implementing different methods of finding the right people (direct outreach, referral program, new platforms), and connecting with talent in the mobile gaming industry.

• Being a trusted partner to our Hiring Managers, helping them turn team needs into thoughtful hiring decisions and successful hires.

• Owning our recruitment stack and the numbers behind it, and flagging early when something stops working.

• Sharing a part of the People & Ops agenda, which can include onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement projects, or helping organize company events.

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or agency-side, across different functions and seniority levels.

• You are an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.

• You enjoy partnering with hiring managers, challenging assumptions when needed, and helping teams make better hiring decisions.

• You're passionate about matching the right people with the right opportunities, not just filling vacancies.

• You excel at active sourcing and engaging talent that isn't actively looking.

• You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of both strategy and execution.

• You're adaptable and know when to change approach if the usual playbook isn't working.

• You're proficient with AI tools and have the desire to make the best of them in your role.

• The rest of the employee lifecycle interests you too, even though recruitment is your main passion!

It’s a plus if you have:

• Recruited in gaming, creative, or another specialized field.

• Trained or coached others on best hiring practices.

• We are primarily looking for someone based in Prague or within a reasonable commuting distance. We value in-person collaboration and typically meet in our Prague office several times a week. For candidates living further away, we're open to discussing a hybrid setup with regular office visits.
