AppAgent is an award-winning mobile marketing agency based in Prague. We work with some of the biggest titles in gaming - Clash of Clans, Monopoly GO, Merge Mansion - and we're looking for a project-based freelance Motion Designer to collaborate with us on select projects as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Executing across the full range of creative outputs: 2D motion, AI generation, editing, game replay recording, and elements of graphic design.

• Co-developing concepts with the Creative Lead - contributing ideas and bringing strong visual instincts to the collaboration.

• Taking briefs and running with them independently, making confident creative decisions through to a finished output.

• Actively integrating AI generation tools into your production workflow as a creative and efficiency multiplier.

• Applying UA creative knowledge to every output - understanding what makes a mobile ad perform.
  
  

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A versatile motion designer with real experience across motion design, video editing and other production areas.

• Strong creative instincts and the ability to contribute ideas, not just execute them.

• Comfortable working at pace in a high-volume pipeline while maintaining a high personal standard.

• Up to date with AI generation tools and already using them meaningfully in your practice.

• Familiar with mobile user acquisition requirements and what makes creative perform.
  
  

THE SETUP

Work is project-based, with potential for ongoing collaboration. You'll work closely with our Creative Lead and Creative Producer - fluidly, with a high degree of autonomy.
