As a Senior Mobile Growth Manager at AppAgent, your role goes beyond managing ad spend. Alongside our curious and high-performing team, you'll craft the growth strategies that turn promising titles into great games and drive new levels of growth for the established ones. You will also play an active role in shaping how we design, evolve, and improve our growth services, helping AppAgent stay ahead in the industry.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for key clients, from UA and ASO to new market entries, while elevating internal frameworks.

• Strategic Development: Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen our services, address internal weaknesses, and advance our growth offering.

• Client Partnership: Build and nurture long-term client partnerships based on a deep understanding of their business goals and the broader mobile gaming ecosystem.

• AI & Innovation: Integrate AI-driven tools and solutions into your workflow and explore how new technologies can enhance both client deliverables and internal processes.

• Mentorship & Growth: Commit to your own professional growth while actively mentoring and supporting the development of your colleagues.

ABOUT YOU

• You have a deep and diverse background in the mobile marketing space, with a core expertise in User Acquisition and direct experience in mobile games.

• You find the story in the data. You're fluent in marketing analytics platforms (including MMPs) and can turn numbers into a clear, actionable strategy.

• You think beyond UA, with a strong understanding of the full growth stack (ASO, Creative, Analytics) and how these disciplines work together to drive results.

• You don’t just execute strategies: you question assumptions, refine approaches, and look for more effective ways to drive growth.

• You are comfortable operating at both campaign and strategic levels, whether working with senior clients or contributing to internal discussions about how we improve our services.

• You are a natural communicator, able to build trust and excitement with senior clients and inspire your internal team.

Bonus points for marketing agency experience, advanced data analysis skills, or a passion for integrating AI into your workflow.
